How to place an order?

Placing an order with eyekeeper.com is quick and easy.

STEP1: Add Items to Your Cart
Before adding items to your cart, first you need to choose a color from the dropdown(if applicable), and then select the power you need. Please note, for some items, the power option won't be displayed until you choose the color.

STEP2: Go to your shopping cart to confirm your order.
Please double check the color, magnification and quantity.

STEP3: Proceed to checkout.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We are so sorry for it. Please send email to support@eyekeeper.com attaching with the image of wrong items.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

Yes, please don't worry about it.We will issus a full refund if you complete the return process.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Credit Cards(including Master, Visa, Express, Discover). Currently, we do not accept check or money orders.

What if I forgot to use my discount code?

Please send the code via email to sales@eyekeeper.com and we will assist you in rectifying the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?

    All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must     contact us immediately.

Why I haven't received the order confirmation email?

  • Please check your spam.
  • Maybe you entered the wrong email address. We do recommend you take a screenshot of the thank-you page when you complete the checkout.
  • Please email us at sales@eyekeeper.com and provide your shipping information with us.

Why my payment was declined?

  • You entered the wrong CSV security code or billing information.
  • The card is expired.
  • There is a hold on the card.
  • Solutions: try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method (they accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club).In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.


How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • Local orders (US) take about 5-7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days. If the product needs to be replenished from an oversea warehouse, it usually takes between 7 and 14 days to arrive at its destination but can take longer from time to time.
  • International orders take about 15-30 business days to be delivered and we ship within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

I have a tracking number, Why I can't track it?

Once the shipping label has been printed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 3 days for shipping activity to update.

How do I quality for the free shipping?

Sorry, we do not offer free shipping currently. Shipping price based on your location and the number of products you have ordered.
Orders will be charged for shipping depending on the number of products you have ordered and your location. The full price will be displayed at checkout. For more details, please click here.


What is your return policy?

Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase from eyekeeper.com, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days from the delivered date.Due to buyer's remorse, buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.Please send us your return request via email.

How do I make a product exchange?

Please send your request to email address sales@eyekeeper.com.

When can I expect my refund?

The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us, and will be paid back to you via a return transaction. Please allow 3-5 days. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been received, inspected, approved, processed, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
